Civil Engineering Technologist: Harvey 1260
We are an Engineering firm located in Abbotsford, BC, that provides Civil Engineering Design services throughout British Columbia. Our firm has the capability to provide Civil Engineering designs complete with ACAD drawings, on site project management, scheduling and quality control inspections. Our company provides its clients with prompt and efficient service together with sound professional judgment.
We are presently looking for an individual who will compliment our firm. This selected individual will have the ability to complete ACAD drawings, with version 2002 to 2009, Land Development Desktop and Civil 3D, be able to understand civil or structural concepts and provide sketches of details, carry out civil engineering calculations, be familiar with the requirements of site inspections.
We are a small and efficient company and the selected individual will be required to work a minimum of a 40-hour week.
Projects vary from civil site service design, storm water management, land development, subdivision design, roadway designs, sanitary sewer and force mains, water main designs and all related civil engineering appurtenances designs. Our office provides an engineering service which includes the full civil design with all related ACAD generated drawings, estimates and construction supervision that is required. The selected individual will work under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer and other Engineering Technologists.
This is a fulltime position
Salary starting at $15.00 per hour, plus more depending on experience
Plus benefits after 3 months.
