French & English CSR - part time but may change to full time

Express Employment Professionals, Delta, is recruiting for a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative our client in Richmond, BC. The candidate will be responsible. The French Bilingual Customer Service Representative will work directly with the department co-coordinators to ensure that customer calls are handled in a timely and professional manner in English and French as required. We are looking for someone who is customer service oriented person with either large retail and/ or office experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Bilingual CSR will work directly with the department co-coordinators to ensure that customer calls are handled in a timely and professional manner in English and/or French as required.

*Customer Service and troubleshooting issues regarding company products.
*Documenting on software.
*Other activities as assigned by department Manager and/or department Coordinators.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
High school diploma required.
One year experience in Customer Service, preferably in an automated setting
Must be bondable.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and moderate technical skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and complete work in the time allotted.
Strong work ethic.
Fluent in English and French.

Tuesday to Saturday, 7am to 3:30pm – part time but may change to full time
