Based in Langley, BC, at our stunning corporate office, Chantelle Management Ltd. is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Corporate Controller and will be responsible for the following:
- Corporate journal entries
- Perform accurate accounts receivable processing
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and assist in producing financial and operational reports for all areas of the organization
- Code and input invoices and reconcile accounts
- Reconcile bank accounts, ensure timely payment of funds
- Maintain fixed assets schedule
- Reconcile payments and accruals
- Perform everyday banking, including deposits, and, account maintenance as directed
- Assist with preparation of yearly audit, and ad-hoc reporting
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 2 years of practical and relevant experience
- Mandatory knowledge of AccPac
- Well organized and hands-on
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Sound interpersonal skills, as well as the demonstrated ability to work unsupervised , and as part of a team
