What you'll be doing:
•Contacting existing and qualified new clients by telephone
•Cultivating and closing sales deals
•Servicing our existing client base
•Converting prospects into clients
•Working to achieve both individual and team sales targets

What you need:
•Previous sales experience is an asset. (telephone sales B2B, B2C, door-to-door sales, retail sales)
•Ability to develop a conversation into a sale
•Strong closing abilities. Hunger for the deal
•Determination for setting, reaching and exceeding sales goals
•Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills
•Outstanding verbal communication skills
•Professional telephone mannerism
•Commission driven personality
•Computer and typing skills

Shifts: We offer set schedules. (AM SHIFT VACANCY ONLY - LIMITED SPACE)
*AM SHIFT: 7:00am to 1:00pm Monday thru Friday + every 2nd Saturday 7:00am to 1:00pm.
*PM SHIFT: 1:45pm to 7:45pm Monday thru Friday + every 2nd Saturday 7:00am to 1:00pm.
*JPN SHIFT: 6:00pm to 12:00am Monday thru Friday.

Currently, our sales team consists of 250 Account Managers and still growing due to expansion of new markets. Our atmosphere is described as high-energy and culturally diverse. Every day is jeans day on the sales floor! We have a work hard to play hard attitude. At break time you can occupy your time in the entertainment area playing with our Foosball table, Pool table, Video game system or just relaxing and watching one of many large flat-screen TV's.
