FINANCIAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Financial Service Representative, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure high presentation standards for the branch
• Conduct collections calls for all past due accounts
• Communicate loan agreements and terms and conditions to customers 
• Assist customers with the completion of credit applications
• Contact references for all applicants and enter all data into our computer tracking system
• Administer wire money transfers and promote and sell our pre-paid credit card
• Organize and maintain records, as well as copying and faxing loan documents as required

What you need to work with us:

• At least 1 year of prior experience in credit or collections and/or the pay day or consumer loan industry is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills 
• Ability to work autonomously, multi-task, and set priorities 
• Secondary School Diploma is required
• Successful candidates must pass a credit and criminal background check to be considered for this position
