Job Skills / Requirements
• Handle inbound and outgoing calls regarding parking related concerns and site issues
• Assist the public at pay machines and on the AHS Parking App and provide accurate direction
• Generate database interactions and cases pertaining to all received calls
• Verify staff access Verify parking payments and email receipts
• Conduct access control and vend gates Dispatch Enforcement, Maintenance, Security, and Technicians to all call types
• Become knowledgeable in parking and access control systems
• Become familiar with AMAG, Lenel, T2 Flex, Digital Iris, Genesys, Service Now, and other Operating Systems Complete daily office tasks and paperwork for AHS and Paladin Security Assist with monthly statements
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-year experience in a call centre setting
• Minimum typing of 40 words per minute and superior computer skills
• Fluent English Ability to listen and take information accurately
• Call centre, dispatch, customer service and parking experience/knowledge
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma/GED
