High End Yaletown Property Development & Property Management company is looking for an upbeat, personable individual to join their team as their Receptionist/Admin. Assistant.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Lead Receptionist
Multi-phone line switchboard
Basic Admin work that could include, basic paper work, letter writing, lease preparation
Courier, mail service and cheque processing.
Skills Required:
Previous Reception/Admin Assistant/Customer Service experience.
Excellent Communication skills,,,written and verbal
Basic Office to include, MSWord, Excel, Outlook
Multi-phone line
Excellent inter-personal skills
Distinguished phone manner
