Blender Operator- Colour

Express Employment Professionals is currently looking for a Blender Operator (Color) for our Delta client. The company is a leader in their field mixing and marketing their paints, and products in North America.

Responsibilities:
• Blending and customizing orders within standard production times
• Matching colors
• Blending batches to order specifications ie (colour, gloss, viscosity)
• Managing batch sizes within +/- 10% to order size
• Practicing all safety outlines
• Maintaining clean work area as outlined
• Assisting with general warehouse, delivery and customer service

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs

Requirements:

• High School graduate
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Prefer two years’ experience as a paint mixer with the ability to understand pigment variations and characteristics, and the tinting process

The starting wage is $16-$20 DOE.
