Our client, a leading downtown law firm, is currently looking for an Intermediate LAA with experience in conveyancing/real estate to join their fast-paced, collaborative team. The successful candidate will be a team player who as experience in primarily conveyancing, but who can help out in the area of commercial banking occasionally.
Qualifications:
- a minimum of 3 years experience in conveyancing, running files from start to finish
- graduate from an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program
- the ability to work independently as well as work well in a team environment
- excellent organization and communications skills
- a professional work ethic and a great attitude
- excellent technical skills
